Anyone have any good techniques/tips on using 5" coil? I've had moderate success (but I use it much less) and I want to make sure I'm not missing on some basics with it.
I do go slow (which I find super frustrating). I go slow normally, but the coverage area is killing me. It was also suggested to lower sensitivity to maximize target separation with it. Overall, I've been lowering my sensitivity, and experiencing much better performance in general.
I also tend to use the 5" after covering the area with my 8" first. I find the 'trashy' areas and work that with the 5.
Any thoughts??
